No desayunar<br><br>No es noticia que por ser la primera comida, el desayuno es una de las instancias m\u00e1s importantes. Un buen desayuno debe poseer hidratos, prote\u00ednas, grasas y vitaminas. Picotear<br><br>Cuando no comemos lo suficiente en los horarios que debemos, lo que sucede es que el cuerpo comienza a sentir hambre antes de tiempo y, para saciarla, comemos lo primero que encontramos sin importar la hora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.    Tomar muchos refrescos, aunque sean lights<br><br>Es sabido que los refrescos son elaborados en base a muchos az\u00facares, por lo que no es bueno abusar de ellos.
